        Across America, many people play sports, but even off the field, you need to do more than just train. Many athletes are trying to perfect their diets. The foods you eat also depend on the sports you play. Allie Brooks, who is a dancer, prefers to eat fruit. Charlie, who plays soccer, likes to eat granola bars before his games. That is because soccer and dance are completely different sports and you need different strengths for each sport and certain foods will help those strengths.             

      Owen says that one of the reasons he eats so healthy is because of his sports, ̈ If I did not play sports I would be eating unhealthy every day.̈ Owen also says that eating healthy helps him be better with his sports. ̈ ̈Eating healthy makes me faster, and allows me to play for longer without getting tired.¨

 Ty agrees to add that eating healthy also makes you look better, and he is not wrong! Eating healthier has shown to have amazing effects on your skin, hair, and personality in general. Many people have said they see a difference in how their teammates play depending on their diet. If you eat unhealthily you will be slower and not play as well.
